I am pleased to invite you to our
community of women whose common bond is a desire to explore the creative
spirit that lives in each of us. We accomplish this by sharing our
individual artistic talents and creative ideas, by giving advice and
helping each other enhance our creations, by encouraging and supporting
each other to show our talents to the world, and by just having fun in
our endeavors.

SheArt is a non-profit organization founded in 2007 by a handful of everyday women in Orleans, MA. Some of us were professionally educated artists, others were spirited crafters, and some didn't think of themselves as artistic at all, but just wanted in on the fun. Now everyone who participates in our efforts has found their creative niche, whether it is producing product to sell at our Artisan Boutiques, helping to decorate our venues, making delicious refreshments, or distributing flyers and spreading the word to others. We are an all inclusive group. None of our events are juried and we have few rules. "Shes" range in age from 13 to 95 and come from many different backgrounds. Some are single, some are married, some have families, teenage children, babies, financial strains. All of us are here to support one another in any way we can.
SheArt has grown quickly in a short period of time. To date over 300 people have participated in our events. We are now attracting attention beyond our home base of Cape Cod. Our mission of "Empowering Women through Creativity" has been embraced and validated by the greater community. I encourage you to browse our website and keep up to date as we continue to grow. We have many goals for the future and hope to include you in them! Please see our membership registration if you are interested in selling your creations in one of our boutiques. We also welcome you to participate in one of our workshops to get to know us, offer a donation, or to purchase SheArt Products to support our efforts to reach women in need.
